I brought my 2019 Indian scout in for a break recall service and was promptly greeted by name. Once checked in, I was informed the service would be performed immediately and could take up to an hour. I wandered the show room, talked with staff and looked at bikes. In much less than an hour. I was notified my bike was ready and sitting out front. Great service and great people.
